We visit many dealerships all over the country where the managers are complaining about the lack of good salespeople they have. We find that by installing and implementing new processes, these salespeople have a solid game plan and now bring the results their managers were looking for in the first place.
However, there are times when new people are needed.

Getting Good People
The reason we can do this: We have a selection and initial introduction to the automobile business program designed specifically to attract the caliber of people you are looking for, no bad habits, easily trained and eager to work on commission.
We will be in your dealership for up to five days to recruit and train applicants on the first few steps to a sale, so your new people are not completely lost when they hit the floor.
Supplemental Training
We also have a supplemental training program to give your recruits a better start in the business. We will train in your dealership for a further five days after the initial recruiting, covering the following:

The extensive use of video role play makes this training more than a lecture – we put your people through different scenarios so they are better equipped to deal with “real life” customers – you will be presented with copies of the training at the end of the week.
